Get Better Test Scores

If you want to get better test scores on your next test - study on an empty stomach. According to Nature Neuroscience, if we study while we are hungry, the hormone ghrelin is released and it stimulates the part of the brain area that is linked to learning and memory.

The release of this hormone can possibly give you more accurate recall during your test and this can lead to higher test scores.

Your meal should be saved until after you have finished your studies. And to add icing on the cake, it is recommended that you indulge yourself with a sinful dessert.
